Connectin to the outdoor terrace and backyard. All apartments have air conditioning.
It has an installation of photovoltaic solar panels installed in 2024 facing south and with power that covers most of the needs during the day.
Less than 10 minutes (12 km) from Marvao, Castelo de Vide and Portalegre, it provides proximity to housing centers rich in history, culture, architecture and modern commercial and leisure amenities.
It has all the infrastructure in excellent working condition, solar collector panels for water heating, mains electricity and mains water, as well as a Cartesian borehole and municipal sewage.
