La Finca has been in operation since 2015 and extensive renovations were carried out on the countryside, stables and 200-year-old barn, to offer modern facilities.
The establishment comprises five adjoining buildings with a total area of approximately 2,100 m² and a total of 17 rooms: seven superb suites, eight superior rooms and a private two-bedroom apartment. In addition, there are beautiful communal areas, such as the double-height living-dining room with fireplace, the library or TV room, the reception and the spa. A professional kitchen, several technical rooms in the basement and a huge swimming pool complete the layout. This layout offers a balance between intimate spaces and spacious and comfortable common areas.
The buildings are surrounded by beautiful gardens and terraces, with beautiful rose bushes and native shrubs.
The various rooms and lounges are fully furnished and decorated with elegant colonial-style teak furniture. They feature high-quality beds by Swiss firm Elite and Egyptian cotton bed linen by Frette. The common spaces are adorned with Murano glass chandeliers, colonial tables and unique art pieces, such as papier-mâché discs by Domingos Totora and sketches by Rafael Alberti. Some areas, such as the library, are furnished with exclusive Giorgetti pieces, along with family heirlooms from the owners.
The plot is extensive, approximately 230,000 m² (23 hectares). In front of the main buildings, the view extends towards a countryside of centuries-old olive trees, almond trees and various fruit trees and in the background, the beautiful mountains.
