Description
A spectacular property
The property as a whole
A farmhouse in a real archaeological site! Farmhouse mill tower and Roman bridge in a wood broken by a glimpse of meadow full of light! Impressive and never seen! The farmhouse was renovated about 15 years ago, together with the outbuilding, which is a real separate housing unit and the mill. The tower and the Roman bridge are a spectacle and a real attraction for guests. The atmosphere is Baroque and recalls the paintings of the painter Claude Lorrain and many other landscape painters of the time who portrayed ruins almost hidden by vegetation.
The farmhouse and his studio
It is the home of an architect artist, painter and musician! Everything mirrors it! The large atelier can have a thousand other functions; a hall of unusual size, a gym, an auditorium, etc.
The dependance
It is a real separate housing unit, with also a room used today as a warehouse and laundry!
The renovated mill
Leaning against the river, I would reserve it for guests of honor! Anyone would remember a weekend there.
The tower
Fantastic, don't be frightened by the state, it doesn't need to be restored, once it has been cleared of vegetation it will be a fantastic open space surrounded by ruins. I would make a place for drinking and eating outside and dining under the stars inside the tower which appears very solid. The previous owner grazed the sheep there.
