Erba di Casa Mia
It is the family estate, where the owner grew up, inherited in 2003 and completely renovated in 2005 to be used as a tourist accommodation and summer residence, but also perfect for winter use. The farmhouse dominates the countryside from a breezy hill, where the sea breeze arrives in the late afternoon. A sculpture by Mauro Staccioli, "Anello", has been placed on the property. The artist is in fact famous for having placed some geometric figures in the most suggestive points of the Tuscan countryside.
Brief description
The farmhouse is a stone structure of a single body on two levels, divided as follows:
-The master residence which develops on both floors and is composed of: on the ground floor kitchen, living room and bathroom and on the upper floor three bedrooms and bathroom; if desired, very easily, it is possible to expand the residence, adding one of the six tourist apartments.
-There are six guest apartments, all with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. two of 70 square meters and 4 of 60 square meters approximately.
-The swimming pool is about twenty meters away from the house and measures: 6X12X1.5.
-The estate is 106 hectares of which 95 are arable land, with the farmhouse in the center. The PAC quotas currently offer a reimbursement of approximately 18,000 Euros per year.

The city of Volterra is less than 10 KM away.
The sea and Cecina can be reached in about 30 minutes.
