3-bedroom flat in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born and Barceloneta.
It has Wi-Fi Internet connection, air conditioning and a safe. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, tables and chairs.
The flat is provided with towels and bed linen on arrival.
There is no private parking. However, there is a public car park about 150 metres from the flat.
The flats may vary in decoration and layout, but they all have the same style. On arrival you will be assigned to a specific flat.
- Admin fee:
- 1-2 months: 1000€ + VAT.
- 3-5 months: 1250€ + VAT.
- 6-9 months: 1600€ + VAT.
- 10-11 months: 2000€ + VAT.
- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 300 euros. At the end of the stay the real cost will be calculated. In case the consumption is significantly exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and an extra charge will be made.
