In Arpino, in the historic center of the city of Cicerone, in a unique, dominant and sunny position from sunrise to sunset stands “Palazzo Grassi”.
The building built between the 16th / 17th century is divided into five levels, three of which are above ground and two below the street.
The supporting structure in stone masonry and attics including part in wood and part with stone vaults is in good condition.
The building was previously used as an important residence for the history of Arpino, also as a public building, as well as a convent.
“Palazzo Grassi” is served by two large main staircases placed at the ends of the structure itself.
