The building showcases a monumental façade richly adorned with sculptures and a large oak carriage entrance gate decorated with wrought ironwork by the Moreau Brothers. On the second floor, accessible by elevator, is an exceptional and unique 159 sq.m (154.26 sq.m Carrez law) apartment, listed since 1995 as an Historical Monument. The apartment features an entrance hall, a sublime reception room of theatrical proportions with a balcony, offering a 7.4-meter ceiling height painted by Clairin, depicting Anna Judic in her various roles, and a monumental stained glass window signed by the artist Charles Champigneulle (a 19th-century master glassmaker).
