"Monet painted over two hundred water lilies, looking at the same pond. This shows how beautiful the same thing can be every day, when you look at it with love. And with love my story begins. The first thing that struck my owners was the landscape that surrounded me. They found themselves surrounded by such beauty and decided to make me unique and personified within this painting. My internal spaces were created to admire my surroundings from every angle driveway, where the maritime pines lead you to my entrance, you will be able to admire the olive trees and the expanse of flowery meadow with a pond, where my friend carp has been swimming happily among the water lilies for years. The sea view that extends to the horizon to mix panoramas like color on a canvas, it is visible from every room of my home and is the backdrop to my swimming pool framed by agave and aromatic plants, which will allow its inhabitants to explore their own sensoriality, giving unforgettable summers.
Climbing the stairs leads to the 3 double bedrooms, each with its own master bathroom, and the two bedrooms. Each of them enjoys a green and blue view. For this reason, every summer I was in the company of people, famous guests and holidaymakers who loved true Italianness. My part on the ground floor instead embodies the concept of conviviality. In my 3000 square meter plot I can even accommodate a new home should inspiration arise. With 300 square meters of building lot, there is always room for something new to be born.
