The property developed on three floors in addition to a terrace, is located in the suggestive inlet of Cala Matano, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Tremiti, in one of the most appreciated landscape settings of the island, the Villa was the place of relaxation of Lucio Dalla.
The house was built on a park of about 1,650 square meters and consists of a lounge, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms
Inside it also has a recording room and here the singer-songwriter made the album "Luna Matana". The singer-songwriter on the island wrote other songs such as "Com'è profondo il mare".
