Spectacular flat of more than 130 square metres in the centre of Barcelona. Stay in the old town of Barcelona and enjoy its bohemian side surrounded by the artists who settled in the area during the twentieth century, next to the Basilica Santa Maria del Mar and a few minutes walk from the Palau de la Música Catalana, the Picasso Museum and the Parc de la Ciutadella.
The flat can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a toilet. The living room has a comfortable sofa and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge and ceramic hob, as well as an integrated dishwasher. Towels and bed linen are provided on arrival. It also has air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.
**Admin fee:**
- 1-2 months: 1000€ + VAT.
- 3-5 months: 2000€ + VAT.
- 6-9 months: 3000€ + VAT.
- 10-11 months: 4500€ + VAT.
**- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.** Monthly utilities fee: 350 euros. At the end of the stay the real cost will be calculated. In case the consumption is significantly exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and an extra charge will be made.
