The Villa located in Akrotiri, has a double magnificent view between the caldera and Akrotiri with its castle. Traditionally built with stone, which is in line with the wild beauty of the island, it offers incomparable views.
The villa, although located in a residential complex, remains very private with its own entrance, outdoor heated small pool and extends over three levels.
On the lower level there is a bedroom with private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, its own living room, as well as a second independent entrance to the villa. On the central level there is a second kitchen, a spacious living room and a large bathroom. At this level guests can relax on the large terrace with outdoor dining area, outdoor heated small pool and soak up the sun. Finally, a large bedroom is located on the upper level of the villa.
Alternatively, the Villa is available as two independent suites with private entrances and caldera views.
