So many days, weeks and months of work. So much effort, sleepless nights to finally reach my goal, imagine and build our house. My house, I have built it in stone after stone, I have dug for long weeks these foundations in the rock. I thought of everything, from the most practical to the most comfortable. First of all, the light, nothing holds it and it crosses the house on both sides by large openings, windows or bay windows. The living room is the central part of the house, it is large, almost 70 m2 including the kitchen largely open to the living room. In summer, the living room is even larger and invites outside by a large bay window to partition on the terrace, pool and a large summer kitchen. Everything is done to benefit from the climate and sun of Provence.
In this regard, sunshine is warm in summer. My house built to RT 2012 standards is perfectly insulated, and is fully equipped with air conditioning on both levels. Everything is thought and anticipated from the position of an electrical outlet to the crawl space that extends over the entire surface of the house. At the back of the kitchen are a toilet, a large laundry room of more than 12 m 2, an office for my telework and a large garage of more than 20 m2 with attic.
Upstairs, two large bedrooms of more than 13 m2 for children with storage, one with its adjoining bathroom. A toilet, another bathroom with shower and bath and finally the master bedroom of 21 m2 with dressing. Again, everything has been thought with the best materials. My house is very close to the village center and all its amenities. You can go shopping for your newspaper, do your shopping or bring your children to school on foot in a calm and serene environment.
