In the typical entrance hall, you are greeted by the nostalgic flair of years gone by and begin a journey back in time through the rooms decorated with lavish home accessories, antique furniture and pictures. The dining room with its festive Murano glass chandelier and the salon are also ideal as communal rooms and lounges for guests. From here you have direct access to the outdoor terrace, a Mediterranean sun terrace with a fountain and lemon trees that exudes the Italian way of life.
A stair lift to the upper floors has already been installed. In the course of the feasibility study currently being commissioned for the project development as a B&B, the installation of a passenger elevator is also being considered.
The spacious bedrooms and numerous bathrooms offer the opportunity to accommodate many guests. The development into 5 to 6 suites with en-suite bathrooms is an ideal option.
An existing garden area at the entrance portal offers further opportunities to create retreats.
