Description
FLERO: In a residential area, overlooking the quiet countryside, we offer a single villa on a plot of approximately 900m2. Positioned in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Flero, the solution overlooks the well-kept and maintained public park.
Developed on three levels, the elegant solution has a generous living area on the ground floor, sleeping area on the first floor and large ancillary spaces in the basement.
From the front porch you access the wardrobe entrance compartment overlooking the spectacular staircase with glass parapet. On the left the large living room with lounge and dining room, separated from the kitchen by a double sliding door. This environment is made bright by the large American window and the sliding French door overlooking the rear porch and garden. A hallway, connected to the kitchen and entrance, allows you to connect the service bathroom and a laundry room.
Climbing the staircase you reach the empty wardrobe on the ground floor. The two double bedrooms, one with a balcony, benefit from the complete bathroom with shower, while the large master bedroom with balcony has the exclusivity of its own en-suite bathroom with tub and shower.
From the hallway in the basement you can access the cellars and to the large heated room with window on the driveway. An armored door then leads into the two separate garages of over 30 m2 each with electric sectional and into the technical room adjacent to them. The solution is completed by the large garden, well-kept and planted, easily usable thanks to the large rear porch, beyond the where a pergola has been installed which better defines and enlarges the large outdoor area that can be equipped.
The property can be sold furnished.
The address shown is purely indicative and shows the context in which the property is located.

Flero, origin of the name: The name FLERO (appeared for the first time in 841 in a document by the bishop of Brescia Ramperto 'que est in loco qui codicit Freores') probably derives from the Carolingian toponymy Freores. The expression 'Freores' resembles the Byzantine term 'Frear' which means source. Some attribute the name to the Gallic expression 'Fl-ur' which still means fountain. The area is very rich in springs and fountains.--1adbba3074ffb6b707987269ae8eb988!
