Description
COME MAKE YOUR DREAM COME TRUE, IN A PROJECT AT YOUR LEVEL The project concerns the rehabilitation of a premises in the heart of a block into a dwelling. The project is not visible from the public space. The premises are developed over 389.7 m2. The project brings the dwelling to 301.1 m2 SDP, a reduction of 88.6 m2 by the reopening and enlargement of the garden and the construction of a patio. The project leaders have 2 parking spaces in the building. The part of the building concerned by the project is accessible from the street by a carriage entrance, then through a covered "interior street". The existing premises are registered half under the existing building and half under a glass roof on a metal structure. In order to ventilate the whole, we propose to reopen the "interior street". Thus the first half of the project benefits from openings to the outside. The glass roof is restored, the onduline roofs are replaced by a standing seam zinc roof. The existing courtyard is reopened and enlarged. It houses a garden and a terrace. Thus the main room, under glass, is largely open to the outside. These features are completed by the creation of a patio which provides light, and makes the basement habitable. On the ground floor, the project proposes to distribute the entrance to the house, the living rooms (living room, kitchen, dining room, etc.) and the outdoor spaces. These spaces are completed by 2 bedrooms with bathrooms. One of them is directly accessible from the "inner street of the block" making this space modular. In the basement, 2 bedrooms adjoin the patio. A cinema room, a gym and a small spa complete this feature. The outdoor spaces are partly planted in open ground and containers. The planned plantations are a mixture of shade perennials, low-growing ornamental species, climbing plants, etc. For more information and a visit, please contact us.
