Our agency offers for rent this charming two-storey villa located in an exclusive development in Sonnenland.~~It is available from January 2025 for a minimum stay of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months with extra costs. It has a maximum capacity of 6 people. Pool maintenance and cleaning have an extra cost. Pets are not allowed.~~The villa consists on the main floor of a terrace of approximately 120 square meters distributed in a garden with artificial grass, a private pool, a barbecue area, a solarium and a cozy terrace with a glass pergola. The interior consists of a large, bright living room, a kitchen equipped with appliances and a central island, a dining room and a toilet.~~The upper part has a bedroom en suite with a modern full bathroom with access to the balcony and a dressing room, two independent bedrooms with an exterior balcony and a study area as well as a bathroom with two showers.~~*Visits to the property*: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as DNI, NIE or passport, before the visit.
