Description
The beautiful farmhouse is set on a hill with the outline of Volterra in the distance, has a surface of about 250 square meters and is developed on staggered levels like the sinuous course of the land. The entrance to the house is through the porch, a large French window introduces into the living room with fireplace, next is the large kitchen, and a double bedroom with bathroom; a few steps lead to the master bedroom area, with a first bathroom with shower, and beyond the master bedroom with a large panoramic window, with private bathroom. A few steps from the living room lead to the part of the house that is partially underground, here there is the large wine cellar/wine room with vaulted brick ceiling, a large multipurpose room and the cellar proper; the laundry room and a room/study with bathroom with shower that is also accessed directly from outside.
Outdoor spaces
The land measures about 1.5 hectares, the part closest to the house is kept as a garden with bushes of flowering plants and medicinal plants that give visual and olfactory emotions, 70 olive trees from which the fragrant Tuscan olive oil is made, and a piece of woodland that marks the natural boundary of the property, all fenced. Just beyond the entrance gate a carport can accommodate two cars, while in the intial resede it is possible to park other cars. The entrance porch is a natural continuation of the house, equipped with bbq, wood-burning oven, it becomes the heart of the property due to its position towards the garden. Another shed further from the house houses garden equipment and wood. In the flat space located to the side of the house it is possible to build a swimming pool.

A postcard-perfect Tuscan farmhouse, stone facade, roof with typical Tuscan terracotta tiles, old terracotta floors. Fully renovated in 2010 with the use of all the latest techniques, earthquake-proof and energy-efficient, underfloor heating for greater comfort, large windows that give lots of light and above all a pleasant view. The Tuscan style is fully respected and blends well with the context of the typical hills of Volterra.

Location
The Volterra countryside with wheat fields and cypress trees, Volterra a few kilometers away and the typical village stores a very short distance away. The road of a couple of kilometers, of access to the small village where the farmhouse is located is unpaved, but well maintained. One is then rewarded with a fairy-tale location and house.
