The villa will be built a few km from the historic center of Noto, and will be characterized by the landscape and a breathtaking glimpse of the Sicilian coast that goes from Syracuse to Portopalo, where the gaze brings together the most beautiful Sicilian beaches.
The design idea foresees that every space of the house will have to ensure that future owners and their guests can enjoy a unique panorama at every moment of the day.
The house is divided into scenographic, essential and stereometric volumes that give life to a tangible architectural tension. The main volumes are clearly differentiated and emphasize the compositional game thanks to the use of materials, the distribution of transparencies, colors and dimensions.
The interior spaces will be fluid and dynamic although well distinct and delineated by material partitions that contrast with the lightness of the large windows, these highly performing are completely openable, ensuring ventilation, natural lighting and insulation.
There will be continuity between indoor and outdoor to enhance the beauty of the exterior; in fact, the project takes meticulous care of the internal space, but favors the enjoyment of the house in the open air by opening up to the scents of the Sicilian countryside with large terraces. One of these, in particular, is extended towards the landscape almost like a belvedere, it is designed to act as a solarium, but also to enjoy the cool shade, thanks to a cover that extends for half of its surface, ensuring large areas for rest and relaxation.
