Tenant has full use of an indoor recreation centre, featuring indoor salt-water pool; saunas; hot tubs; games room; gym and party room. Lighthouse Point is a short drive from area ski hills and close to Collingwood for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. 50% of rental rate is due upon signed lease agreement, with balance of rent due with utilities/damage deposit of $2500 three weeks prior to occupancy. A small, well-behaved, non-shedding dog may be permitted with additional pet deposit. Utilities are in addition to rental rate, plus internet/cable package ($130/month). Landlord will provide bed linens and towels for the lease period.
