Magnificent historic residence located in the green heart of Lombardy, equidistant from the cities of greatest interest in the Region, be they the large metropolis, Milan, the economic capital of Italy, or the cities universally known for their scenic and historical beauties such as, for example, Como, Lecco and Bergamo. The frenetic pace of the city, but also the gentle and quiet shores of the lakes surrounded by the pre-Alpine arch. Built in 1820, in classic Lombard style, it is located on the top of the hill dominating the surrounding area and bordering the Villa Orsini Colonna (an eighteenth-century residence which hosted royalty and nobles from all over Europe), and has recently undergone a profound and elaborate restoration. The result is astonishing: on the outside it is a "container" that has retained all its 19th century construction charm, in the grace and harmony of its architecture; inside, while valorising the original materials in various places, it is a triumph of Italian excellence and mastery in the use of the most precious materials of rare beauty, which surprise in the stylistic solutions, the design, the color combinations and the reinterpretation of the traditional use of the rooms.
It is not possible to make a simple list of the composition of the residence, it would be reductive, both for its size, 1,700 m2 on four floors and 700 m2 of terraces in a property of approximately 7,000 m2, and for the variety of environments and the different possible living and use solutions.
