Land of the farm in Parona Verona
The land property consists of approximately 50,000 m2 of land of which approximately 20,000 m2 are currently cultivated vineyard (Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella) in the extended Valpolicella DOC area.
The vineyard is not cultivated with Pergola but with Guyot. There are no concrete poles but it was preferred to adopt an eco-sustainable approach with wooden poles, biodegradable bindings and the use of organic cultivation.
The remaining 30,000 square meters of land are currently partly cultivated with olive trees, fruit plants and green areas appurtenant to the structures including rustic outbuildings, warehouses and homes.

The main home is a Loft of approximately 250 m2 arranged on a single level characterized by an open living area -space of almost the entire surface of the house.
