The first question I asked the owner of this magnificent estate was: 'tell me about Casa Carruba' and his answer was: 'if you were taken to the estate, with your eyes closed and without being able to see the way, when you opened them you would have the feeling that you had been catapulted in paradise'. That's when I realised I was going to visit a special place. because it is a natural oasis with olive trees, fruit trees, myrtle groves, wine and Mediterranean Macchia.. . because the estate can accommodate a family that wants to live in contact with nature but without sacrificing comfort.. . and special because it is like nothing else.
The estate is located 2 km from the municipality of Uta and extends over a regular-shaped plot of land of 11,600 square metres, totally fenced in and with a water well. The access road is almost completely paved, except for the last stretch, which is however very easy accesible. The entrance is along a tree-lined avenue that runs alongside the olive grove and accompanies us to the villa. A well-kept green lawn, the large swimming pool with its relaxation areas, fruit trees and other essences, frame this beautiful villa. On the ground floor we find a spacious loggia that gives us access to the interior of the house where we find a large living room with a fireplace and a large window overlooking the outside, a habitable kitchen and an addtinal small room for storing tools with an adjoining bathroom. On the first floor there are three large bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace.
Outside there is also a convenient and functional storage room and a well-equipped barbecue area. The estate is also able to guarantee profitability from tourist rentals. The general condition of the villa is excellent and does not require any intervention, but only a family that can live and love it, as it has been loved until now.
