The manor house was the subject of meticulous renovation aimed at conservative recovery in 2003 and at its entrance we find the Art Nouveau style which contradicts these types of houses: the first impact is the light that radiates inside, where we find, as well as the ancient veranda entrance, a lounge with ducted fireplace, a spacious kitchen with windows and an independent entrance and a courtesy bathroom. The floors are still from the period, an ancient fresco has been recovered in the living room and the windows and doors have also been recovered, giving them a new look with very good taste. A detail that cannot be missed is the marble staircase with its handrail, entirely made of iron and handcrafted with various inserts of roses: a precious insert within the property because it has been carefully worked, thought out and finished without ever a moment of stop. The sleeping area includes a welcoming bathroom with vintage tub, two double bedrooms with balcony and another bedroom also with double exposure. Even the balconies, as well as the entrance, reflect the tones of the staircase, as if it were the lief motif of this pearl that we are offering you today. The uniqueness of the property, however, does not stop there: inside it we find a delightful annex, built in 2005, a small corner of paradise where you can welcome friends, guests or family or even as an independent work situation, of which you will only be able to fall in love: here too, inside, we played on shades of white, highlighting the light and colors of the Oltrepò. A special touch can only be the park: laboriously planted, a true Italian garden reminiscent of castles, with lovingly cared for pines, shrubs and evergreens that form small paths from which we can access the heart of the house: the enchanting 10x4 swimming pool 1.50m deep: imagine relaxing in the sun or swimming in its blue waters with our Oltrepò in the background as a backdrop: from today, with this house, it will be possible.
