Grande prestigious neoclassical complex, completely renovated, called "Villa Spineda Gasparini Loredan", a Venetian villa dating back to the 18th century, overlooking the provincial road that connects Montebelluna and Conegliano . The project of the villa dates back to 1753, commissioned to the architect Giovanni Miazzi by Marcantonio Spineda de Cattaneis. In the early twentieth century it passed into the ownership of Senator Jacopo Gasparini and was subsequently purchased by the Benetton group, on whose behalf it was completely restored, as part of a project aimed at creating its own business centre. The complex follows a symmetrical layout which sees the main body isolated in the center and two independent lateral barchesse, all connected to the basement used as a conference room. The main building is typically Palladian and arranged on three floors. The two lateral wings have a façade embellished with pilasters, between which there are three orders of single-lancet windows with aedicula. The barchesse have three round arches centrally, flanked by two levels of single-lancet windows. The arches are divided by half-columns with composite capitals, which support a molded entablature, onto which the volute-shaped ashlars are welded in the keystone. Both the barchesse and the central body throughout the ground floor are treated in ashlar. The central body and the barchesse are used as management offices. There are also the following annexes: canteen with kitchen, warehouse and room, former oven, former greenhouse with adjacent noble chapel and finally the concierge. The surrounding land completes the property. In consideration of the current destination, the property can be used as a management or reception center.
