Description
This wonderful Villa is located on the first hills of Lerici, in a dominant position, and enjoys total privacy as well as one of the most beautiful views in the whole of Liguria,
open on the gulfs from Lerici to Portovenere, with a western exposure that allows you to enjoy direct light until late afternoon and admire wonderful sunsets.
The property is accessible through two private gates, which lead directly to the marvellous outdoor area, which alternates shaded areas and pergolas, porticoes and terraces with relaxation areas: a wonderful swimming pool of over 50 sqm adds a touch of luxury and refinement to the villa and allows you to enjoy a view overlooking the Gulf.
Internally, the villa is spread over more than 385 square metres, and is structured on 3 levels, with Pompeian red and stone façades, punctuated by porticoe and windows offering bright and welcoming rooms.
On the ground floor, we find a beautiful double living room with large windows with a unique sea view, cleverly divided between the dining area, living area with library, and study area. The exposed masonry lends a touch of modernity and elegance to the environment. On the same level, there is a livable kitchen and a spacious first double bedroom with en suite windowed bathroom.
Going down a few steps, we reach the sleeping area, consisting of 4 double bedrooms (one of which has a walk-in wardrobe), 2 bathrooms with bath or shower, a large laundry room and a further storage room.
The first floor of the villa can be reached by an internal lift or through an independent external entrance, and consists of a single large room used as a living room/study and bedroom, overlooking the beautiful external terrace with a total and dominant view of the sea. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with shower.
Eight parking spaces complete the property: two of these are covered.
Lerici is located on the eastern riviera of Liguria. It is a municipality rich in history and surrounded by natural beauty: the Castle, an imposing medieval fortress, dominates the town, the pleasant promenade along the Lungomare, the church of San Francesco in Gothic style with Baroque elements and the typical façade in pink Ligurian stone. It is surrounded by rocky promontories and fine sandy beaches such as San Terenzo beach and Baia Blu. In 2023, Lerici was awarded the Best Tourism Village prize by the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO).
It is 2½ hours from Milan, 40 minutes from the renowned Forte dei Marmi.
Portovenere, Cinque Terre and La Spezia can be reached in 20 minutes. Pisa international airport is less than 50 minutes away.
