A magnificent 4-hectare estate nestled on one of the most beautiful hills of Faenza, with a captivating panoramic view from which you can admire the vast surrounding territory, including a sea view on the clearest days. At the direct service of the manufacturers, there is a large surrounding courtyard intended as an ornamental park while the remaining lands, merged and directly accessible from the courtyard and the private and public road network, constitute a large equipped green area of exclusive relevance of Villa Belvedere. The land is entirely fenced (with a 2 m high galvanized and painted electro-welded mesh) and extends over a surface area of approximately 140,000 m2. The surface area of the villa is composed as follows: basement of approximately 270 m2, with an approved garage extension of 390 m2, mezzanine floor, ground floor, first floor for a total of 972 m2, including the chapel and the swimming pool service. The villa is currently being restored, the structural works of seismic consolidation and internal division have been carried out. It requires finishing works such as floors, systems, wall finishes and possibly new fixtures.
