WHERE: on the hill of Diano San Pietro, 5 kilometers from the sea. A small Ligurian village made of old renovated houses, inhabited by foreigners and Italians in almost equal measure. Since we are on the crest of the hill, there are two sides with a small road that passes in between, this house is on the sunny side, on the west side.
WHAT: a detached house with an outbuilding for guests. The houses are entered through a wooden door that does not allow you to see anything. Once inside, the main house has two entrances, the main one located on the ground floor, and the secondary one on the first floor, from the terrace. Starting from the office on the first, from the panoramic terrace with a view of the hills and the sea, you enter the living room and from the living room to the kitchen and then to the bathroom. Going down some stairs you arrive at the small bedroom, then more stairs, the main entrance where the new system of the pellet stove is located, which then heats the radiators. The annex is completely separate from the main house and consists of a single room with a balcony (beautiful), and a bathroom on the ground floor.
The parking space is a few meters from the house.
Despite the square meters in my opinion it is more suitable as a second home.
STATE OF CONSERVATION: the house is perfect even in the parts that are not normally noticed, such as the roof which has been redone in the Swiss style with an air chamber.
NEGATIVE SIDES: the bathroom is on the first floor, the bedrooms are downstairs.
POSITIVE SIDES: a house in perfect condition, ready to be inhabited. The view of the sea and the hills, a piece of Liguria in short. The house is in a very quiet and safe area, and can be "alone" for a long time without having problems. In the house there are organic citrus fruits with which to make excellent juices.
