Falcade, in the hamlet of Sappade, at an altitude of 1350 meters above the sea, in the midst of mountain meadows and with a splendid panoramic view of the most beautiful Dolomites: Il Focobon, the Cime D'Auta, the Civetta, right inside the historic village the Agordine Dolomites Agency offers for sale a typical Tabià, rustic, left outside as it was designed and built in 1776 (as evidenced by the ridge beam).
The rustic house has been recently renovated, transforming it into a pleasant and relaxing home. The commitment and satisfaction for the realization of the project are rewarded every day by taking advantage of unique environments.
The property on the ground floor houses an area that can also be used independently as a studio apartment in place of the old stable; on the first floor, the old barn, there is the large main living area, with kitchenette, dining area, living room, lounge and study; on the second floor two bedrooms and a large hallway. The rooms are served by a bathroom on each floor.
The house is heated and supplied with hot water by a quality diesel boiler. The house is completed by large balconies, once used to dry hay, and now observation points overlooking the relaxing panorama.
On hot days you can take advantage of an outdoor area where you can tan or barbecue. In the land owned there is also an underground room used as a small workshop for DIY activities.
The village inspires peace and tranquility, it is 5 minutes from the center of Falcade and the departure of the ski lifts for San Pellegrino and Alpe di Lusia, half an hour's drive and you reach Moena, the Fairy of the Dolomites.
