PROVAGLIO D'ISESO: In a panoramic position, large apartment in a 1960s semi-detached villa completely renovated in 2023, bringing the property to high energy efficiency. THERMAL INSULATION OF THE MATT SURFACES VERTICAL: external coat of the perimeter facades with 16cm thick EPS panels with graphite. The existing condensing boiler was replaced with a hybrid system consisting of a heat pump and condensing boiler.

The intervention led to the installation of a 6.45 kWp photovoltaic system made up of 430 Wp monocrystalline silicon panels with a 15 kWh storage system. The panels were installed coplanar with the roof on the south-eastern slope of the building.
