Description
We present an independent villa located in the Torsano district close to Torre Inserraglio, fenced on each side covered with hedges.
The English lawn is present on a large part of the land except in the stone walkways, the property includes the land of 5000 m2, while the house reaches a surface area of 130 m2.
Entering the villa we arrive in the living room, large and very bright which immediately gives us the possibility of seeing the infinity pool at the back through its glass door; we then have a living area with sofas and TV, a kitchenette with a window.
The rear porch with wooden roof includes a small kitchenette made up only of essential elements and a fireplace used for barbecues.
The stone paths created to facilitate the passage in the lawn they lead to a gazebo, made up of four columns of tuff blocks and covered with climbing bougainvillea plants and surrounded by olive trees.
The bathrooms are distributed between the various areas and include all bathroom fixtures with shower : the first bathroom in the living area, the second serving the sleeping area and the third in one of the bedrooms.
There are two bedrooms, both doubles, overlooking the garden and equipped with air conditioning.
Placed near the swimming pool we find the solarium area equipped with sunbeds and a shaded area with coverage, here we also find the fourth bathroom serving the swimming pool.
The terrace has a view of the sea.
