Description
On the eastern side of the island, and more precisely on the terraces located upstream of Cala Tramontana a few steps from the Kamma district, we offer for sale an ancient dammuso, renovated in 2006, set within a planted plot of approximately 4,300 m2 with olive trees, bougainvillea of various colours, palms and maritime pines.
The dammuso is made up of four bodies. The main body consists of a pleasant terrace covered by reeds. From the terrace you can benefit from a wonderful view of the Faraglione. This covered outdoor space, ideal for spending pleasant moments of conviviality, is a true extension of the internal living area. In fact, from the terrace there is direct access to both the living room and the kitchen. The latter are two environments that offer excellent liveability. From the living room you have access to a bathroom and two bedrooms. A French door allows you to reach a charming open-air internal courtyard of approximately 40 m2 from the living room. The flooring of the courtyard as well as the covering of the walls that delimit the courtyard are made of lava stone.
The second body of this building is located beyond the courtyard. It is a 30 m2 storage room, perfectly finished and characterized by the presence of a press dating back to the early 1900s.
The third body, adhering to the main body, has independent access and is made up of two rooms. Overlooking the latter we find the fourth body consisting of two bathrooms serving the two rooms mentioned above.
The internal conditions are good given the renovation carried out in 2006 and particular attention by the Owner to maintenance. In the garden there are two cisterns, however, the house is connected to the water mains.
Given the shape and more specifically the independence that two of the four bedrooms can have, this dammuso can also be used as a holiday home.
