Description
Tenuta Olivi is a property located in the heart of the Itria Valley, in the countryside of Ceglie Messapica (BR). The property is a shining example of how to enhance the typical rural homes of Puglia. The renovation was meticulous and attentive to detail. To complete the body we find a typical trulli structure with four cones, with two dining rooms, a kitchen and a laundry room. Between the two wings of the structure there is a splendid atrium paved in natural stone with a pergola corner and overlooking the large private swimming pool.
The second building, distant from the first, is composed of a structure of 5-cone trulli and lamia, where we find a bedroom with adjacent bathroom, a second bedroom with en suite bathroom and a garage. This part, immersed in the greenery of the Salento olive trees, still has access to the splendid private swimming pool.
The structure, for size, layout and finishings, stands out from the surrounding context. The presence of a large private swimming pool further enhances its quality.
