The entire ground floor has terracotta floors, the attics partly in chestnut wood and terracotta tiles, partly with brick vaults. The thresholds of all the windows were made with stone recovered from the old external stairs of the ancient farmhouse. Access to the farmhouse is via a well-maintained white municipal road of approximately 1.5 km. The location is strategic: approximately 4 km from Amelia and just a few minutes from Orte where there is a motorway exit and train station. It is less than an hour from Rome.
The view is unique and uncontaminated, the farmhouse is located on a hill with a wonderful view of the valley and the vineyards in front of the property. The farmhouse is surrounded by beautiful centuries-old oak trees.
