The villa was built in 1805 and recalls the "Empire" style, which was born with the Napoleonic age. As for the finishes, they have been replaced with a careful choice of materials to recall the original style of the time; the installation of the air conditioning system was integrated with the heating system, for distribution to the floors, each one with its own thermostat to guarantee heating and cooling.
The solution opens with the ground floor of approximately 130 square meters. with an important living area, which includes an eat-in kitchen, a relaxation room in front of the fireplace, a dining area and a bathroom; the stone stairwell of the time and the internal lift connect all the floors including the basement.
