GENERAL PRESENTATION AND LOCATION
Peccioli. In a strategic position and well communicated with the other main cities of Tuscany, immersed in uncontaminated nature where you can enjoy the wonderful and characteristic landscapes with the rolling hills cultivated with vineyards and wheat fields. INTERNAL LAYOUT
The house has a total surface area of 350 m2 which is arranged as follows: through the porch we access the entrance of the house, where we are greeted by a large and bright open space in which we find a part dedicated to a living room with a characteristic rustic fireplace, a living room used as a dining area, a fully equipped built-in kitchen, a storage room, a double bedroom with private bathroom, and a second bathroom equipped for disabled people; via an elegant stone and wrought iron staircase, we access the first floor where we find the sleeping area consisting of three double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom and its own fireplace; on the second and last floor, which we access via a wooden spiral staircase, we find a turret used as a living room from which you can enjoy a 360° panoramic view of the surrounding landscape, unique in its kind. The property is completed by the presence of an outbuilding free on three sides and with a large porch equipped with a barbecue area in which to relax and organize lunches and/or dinners on pleasant spring and summer evenings, together with your family, relatives and friends.
