Located in the historic center of the medieval village of Verucchio.
This 18th century building, perfectly restored, offers an extraordinary view of the splendid landscape of the Marecchia valley.
The building is on three levels, the lower one is located right in front of the ancient medieval fortification and crossing a small garden with a breathtaking view of the Valmarecchia you enter a huge 120 m2 hall with exposed stone walls, original terracotta flooring and chestnut beam ceiling.
In this space, with particularly effective architectural solutions, a kitchen, a laundry room and a bathroom have been placed.
On this level, towards the west there is an access to another small elegantly planted garden.
An 18th century stone staircase leads to the upper level which includes 3 large bedrooms, three bathrooms and a small study with chestnut beamed ceilings and antique oak floors.
From a hallway you access the staircase that leads to the top floor where we find a kitchen, a study and a large 50 m2 living room with exposed ceilings, antique oak floors, a 19th century stone fireplace and one of the most beautiful views of Verucchio over the Marecchia valley. About 30 meters from the building there is a large public car park.
Completed renovation in 2001, the building has been completely restored while maintaining the original structure of the building largely unchanged.
The beams and planks are in chestnut essence and the fixtures, with a quadruple layer of heat-insulating glass and double glazing, were produced and installed by one of the best craftsmen in Brianza.
The heating of the two upper floors of the building is done with an underfloor system with ecological cork insulation panels, while the ground floor is heated with elegant Brem wall-mounted radiators.
The taps have been selected from the most prestigious brands both in terms of quality and design.
In the ground floor lounge, for the kitchen and laundry room with stone grit worktops, expert craftsmen have created carpentry works with hand-planed antique wood.
