Zola Predosa (Gessi locality), inside the Gessi park, on the first hills of Monte Rocca, overlooking the green hills in a private and serene environment, far from the daily chaos, the "Via Panoramica" project was born, which involves the construction of two single villas, with large surrounding parks and maximum confidentiality and privacy, whilst being just a few kilometers from the center of Zola Predosa and the main communication arteries for Bologna.
