Here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay of Fontane Bianche, the sunrise and sunset that will remain in your heart forever. The swimming pool has a large internal staircase where it is possible to sunbathe as if you were on the coast. All around there is a solarium equipped with chaise longues and armchairs. Built into the stone wall that runs along the pool, we find a beautiful outdoor shower with a comfortable seat. Inside the property there is also a driveway used for parking, up to 4 parking spaces in the internal and one external parking.
