The villa located downstream is divided into three units:

Apartment N. 6: large living room with fireplace, kitchenette, master bedroom with balcony and bathroom two more bedrooms, two more bathrooms, panoramic terrace .
Apartment N. 7: living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large panoramic terrace.
The complex has a further 40 m2 room which can be used as a reception, storage, laundry or according to your needs …
The complex is currently designed to accommodate around 35 beds, but it can be optimized.
It is possible to equip the area near the cliff with umbrellas and a small kiosk
A path of about 150m leads to the equipped beach d called "il Porticello" .
The fraction of Acquafredda di Maratea has all the services: food shop, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, church, post office, railway station, in the immediate vicinity (within walking distance), wellness center.

Coming from the North: take the A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway, exit at Buonabitacolo-Padula and continue towards Sapri, on the SS517 highway reaching Policastro, then follow the signs for SS18 Sapri Acquafredda Maratea.
Coming from the SOUTH: take the A3 Salerno- Reggio Calabria motorway, exit at Falerna and continue on the SS18 towards Salerno, Exit at Maratea - Sapri on the SS18, then follow the directions for Sapri - Acquafredda
IN TRAIN
On the Rome-Reggio Calabria line - "Sapri" recommended station, 8 km from the villa or the Acquafredda hamlet has a small railway station.
BY PLANE
The airport of Naples (Capodichino) is 200 km away. Lamezia Terme (CS) is 152 km away
The numerous attractions, the artistic and natural beauties and the wide variety of cultural proposals make Maratea an attractive and appreciated destination in the summer and frequented by elite tourism.
The climate is very mild in the coastal and continental areas on the mountain ranges.
Maratea is also called the "City of 44 churches" for the number and artistic value of the numerous churches, chapels and monasteries , of various historical periods, present in the territory.
Curiosity: Acquafredda, owes its name to one of the very rare marine fresh water springs existing in Italy.
