The building has three floors and is divided into two apartments.
The main dwelling is located on the upper floors of the building. The staircase leads to a spacious dining room with living area and panoramic terrace (35 sqm), kitchen and two bedrooms with private bathrooms. Going further up, one reaches the second floor where you will find two more spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (both roughly 30 sqm).
On the ground floor, on the other hand, there is a guest apartment (living room, study, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom), an office with laundry and bathroom, further lounge (usable as sixth bedroom), the workshop with garage and a dressing room with bathroom accessible from the outside.
EXTERIOR
The house has a beautiful garden of 1,983 sqm, mostly fenced, on which there is also the circular swimming pool (5.6 m in diameter) with terracotta solarium and pizza oven. Starting from the house, a paved driveway crosses the garden and leads to the private parking area, where up to five cars can be kept (two of them under cover thanks to a shed). Just beyond the parking area, a corner of land has been dedicated to a vegetable garden for growing one’s own vegetables.
