We have the immense pleasure of being able to present to you this fantastic house completely renovated with materials that were formerly used on our islands, such as Chasnera stones, Tea and Morera wood. The Canarian style was respected but giving it a modern and young appearance as you can see in the photos of the different bathrooms.
Upon entering the house from the lower part we find a 25 square meter living room equipped with a complete bathroom with a shower. The ceilings and stairs are all made of natural wood, as are the beautiful doors through which you enter the house and all the others that are exterior or interior. The floors are parquet throughout the interior, on the terraces they are all stoneware with stone walls that border the entire upper part. They put black aluminum railings to give more comfort to the different terraces and the solarium. The roof or terrace area has really lovely views of the sea and mountains, the entire house has those beautiful views looking out the bedroom windows.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with a private bathroom, a separate bathroom and another in the entrance living room. It has an open, spacious, furnished kitchen that gives a very bright and fresh living room, thanks to the ventilation of the house that is due to its coastal location.
The house does not have a garage, swimming pool, air conditioning, elevator, there is no access for people with reduced mobility, no mortgage
