Payment Schedule:

- Upon signing the sales contract by the end of October: 20% + VAT, due immediately.
- 10% + VAT payment by May 1, 2025 / 10% + VAT payment by December 31, 2025.
- Final payment of 60% + VAT by August 31, 2027.
