Serve this short descriptive memory to present a hotel unit located in the Algarve in a tourist, coastal area and less than 3 kms from beautiful beaches in the Western Algarve.
This two-stars unit has been in operation uninterruptedly since 1985 and has green areas, swimming pool and a restaurant.
It consists of a main building and another annex building, smaller where the Restaurant is located.
A large parking area surrounds the entire unit and there is an additional entrance to the park that facilitates access to the Restaurant, which can be used by customers outside the Hotel Unit without having access to it.
This restaurant has not been in full operation since late 2007 , when it was decided to only provide breakfast to guests, however it is perfectly operational and ready to receive customers.
The main building is formed by Basement Ground Floor and first floor, the facilities themselves in this building are on the ground floor where there is a Reception room, living room with a small kitchen and support bar and a total of 19 rooms all with private bathroom. On the first floor, there are 24 more bedrooms with their respective bathrooms, which make up a total of 43 rooms throughout the unit.
In the basement there are areas to support the operation of the hotel (laundry, changing rooms for staff and storage rooms).

Spread out on a hill, on the edge of the oldest longitudinal road in the Algarve, lies the small village of Porches. In the territory, in which the parish is currently inscribed, there are traces of continuous human occupation that dates back to the Neolithic.
According to historical sources, the current village of Porches had its origin in the mid-sixteenth century, having been built by the population, coming from an old city called Porches Velho (place of the parish closest to the coast). Porches Velho would have been occupied by Romans and in 1253 it was already considered a village, head of a judge and owner of a strong medieval castle
The Porches region was famous and important. Land known for its famous wine land of clay, potteries and great masters. Skilled hands continue to shape the clay, keeping this centuries-old art alive.
With the increase in tourism, the pottery of Porches became prosperous. Artistic clay insists on harmoniously assimilating the techniques and motifs transmitted by the old masters, whose art the apprentice continues, with a new and original inspiration. Porches has become an important tourist center, appearing in the various tourist itineraries of the region.
It was mainly from the 80s onwards that the locality expanded and developed in a notorious way. To this end, the structures created, the correct occupation of the land and the natural surroundings, magnificent beaches and exuberant nature have contributed.
