The building is in the Rationalist style, designed by the renowned Mallorcan architect Francisco Salas Llompart. In this construction, following the principles of Rationalism, traditional load-bearing walls are replaced by pillars.~Currently, it has 745 m² built, with 325 m² on the ground floor, 258 m² on the 1st floor, and 162 m² on the 2nd floor. The ground floor is a commercial space. On the first and second floors, there is a 420 m² residence with 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.~Included is a renovation project, expansion, and elevator with municipal building permit, which includes the construction of an additional floor on the rooftop.~The project proposes 3 apartments, one per floor, each with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with an integrated kitchen, and a laundry room.
