The smaller building is used as a tool shed.
The property extends over approximately 25 hectares of land with irrigation system and artesian well, mainly cultivated with olive groves with approximately 3,000 plants in production (approximately 10 hectares), vineyard (1 hectare), arable land and woods.
The average production of olives is around 350 quintals while the production of grapes is around 60 quintals of white grapes (Trebbiano and Malvasia varieties) and around 20 quintals of black grapes (Sangiovese varieties).
