~WINTER RENTAL (min. 6 months) ~~This duplex is located in a residential complex in the Meloneras area. It occupies one of the corners of the complex so it has only one adjoining neighbour and 3 sides of garden, ideal to enjoy outdoor living all day long. ~~The property is divided into two floors. On the ground floor we find the common areas such as the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, a toilet with bidet, an indoor and an outdoor dining room. Under the stairs, next to the kitchen there is a large pantry and leading out to the patio there is another room for the washing machine, cleaning products and space for more storage. ~~Upstairs there are two bright bedrooms, one with a single bed (and another bed hidden underneath) and another bedroom with a 2x2m bed, both with fitted wardrobes. There is also a full bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bidet and bathtub. At the end of the corridor there is a balcony with a small table where you can enjoy some time outdoors. ~~Equipment: The house is fully furnished and equipped. It has an air conditioner on the first floor and another one on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a tall fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 ring electric hob, extractor fan, crockery and kitchenware. The garden and the rest of the house also have all the necessary furniture and details for the total comfort of the tenants, such as bed linen and towels. ~A parking space is included in the rent. ~~The complex is very well maintained and is manned 24 hours a day for security.
