Description
Architecture from the beginning of the 20th century, this town house of 125 m2 to be fully fitted out with its outbuilding of 25 m2 rises on two levels, with an exterior of 200 m2 in the popular Haut de Périer district. Former school divided in two, the project was imagined as a total rehabilitation of the existing building, thus leaving plenty of time to develop a living space. The planned renovation gives it a contemporary bias with its numerous openings onto the vegetation which offer continuity between interior and exterior. Thus, the garden level of more than 50 m2 extends onto an exterior facing South East. Upstairs, a space under the roof, completely insulated but revealing a remarkable rafter, allows the development of three bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
