The architectural proposal, therefore, beyond the two existing refurbished units, aims to deconstruct the buildings in their two or three floors, according to NIUET, so that they do not converge in a single building image. To achieve this, the volumes between floors are deconstructed from inside to outside and from left to right, thus allowing the visual agility sought.
