Description
A livestock farm with agricultural potential covering 109 hectares. It offers incredible unobstructed views of the Osorno, Puntiagudo, and Calbuco volcanoes. It features 64 hectares of highly productive pastures, 20 hectares of native forest including coihues, ulmos, tepas, and mañios, and areas of open shrubland used for livestock grazing. Most of its pastures are flat, with a drainage network allowing year-round work. They have been improved with lime and phosphorus amendments, enhancing soil fertility and pH. Additionally, they have been sown with ryegrass and white clover, ideal for animal breeding and fattening, with forage production. A stream runs along its western boundary, with well-maintained fences delineating its paddocks and boundaries. It is an ideal farm for animal breeding, but also serves as a recreational property with many tourist attractions just minutes away.
