Description
A 14th century farmhouse with subsequent extensions in the 15th and 17th centuries, with 3.000m2 built, it is surrounded by 250 hectares of its own land, of which 230 are of forest and 20 of cultivated fields in production. Located in the municipality of Castelltarçol, province of Barcelona in the region of Moyanés.
It has been recently restored following the architectural style of the time and respecting the essence of this type of constructions so peculiar as well as extraordinary.
The house is distributed in three floors and several annexes:
Ground floor: On the main facade is the entrance with the wooden gate that gives the main access to the house, with a large inner courtyard at two heights and the very beautiful vaulted ceiling used to store the carts as well as several rooms, a guadarnés, rooms of various works. The main staircase gives access to the noble floor of the house. At the landing of the stairs, as you climb to the floor, you will find a large cellar with two very large and cool rooms.
At the back of the house, you have access to the blocks and annexes, which correspond to the ground floor of the house, several blocks, sheds and barns. It is accessed via ramp, which ends in a cobbled square where you can appreciate the construction of the farmhouse and the annexes.
First floor:
This floor which also has access from the rear of the house, entrance hall, is the main living room with fireplace which in turn is the plant distributor, four double bedrooms, two of them with bedrooms and two full bathrooms that share two. From the entrance hall, to the rear of the house, as you enter to the right, we find a separate lounge, this connects to a double room with bathroom, and this room has direct access to the back garden where the pool is. A large kitchen, with exit to the large terrace with a spectacular view of the property and a magnificent porches, where is the summer dining room. Here you have access to the annex to the back of the main house, where we find an apartment with own kitchen, a living room, toilet of courtesy of plant and two complete double rooms in the bottom and a complete bathroom.
Attic: A room that is diaphanous and very spacious, which today has no more utility than furniture. You can have many possibilities of development this stay, like extension of the house, more rooms or lounges, etc.
Land of good and easy access, is near the urban nucleus with all the comforts. Located about 50 kilometres from Barcelona.
It also has a hermitage dating to the 1600, is in perfect state of conservation. It was restored a few years ago as a result of the impact of a lightning that caused some damage to the deck and the façade.
